Foundation

Alliance in Motion also has a foundation called the "ALIVE" foundation. It is an acronymn stands for "Always Live in Victory" and it focuses on being charitable to the less fortunate. It was developed in 2008 and since then, their recipients of charitable efforts consisted of residents living in poverty, the elderly, indigenous tribes, homeless, and abandoned children.  A couple of the most noticeable ways of giving back is through gifts and medical treatments.

Two other notable services they are involved in is their yearly activity with Red Cross where they donate blood to save lives (Give Blood Save Lives Project). They also partner with Operation Smile to sponsor hundreds of children per year who need cleft surgery.

Distributor

To be a distributor requires a one time investment. They provide six ways that distributors are paid:

  1. Retailing - Sell products directly to the public
  2. Direct Referral - Distributors that are personally referred to the company by you
  3. Matching Sales Bonus - the binary plan where the number of sales on one leg of the compensation plan are equal to the number sales on the other leg.
  4. Unilevel Sales Bonus - You can add unlimited customers and distributors on your first level and increase width.
  5. Over-riding Commissions - Commissions paid to you by efforts made by distributors you referred
  6. Royalty Commissions - Stream of ongoing income (residual income)
